This workshop gives an overview of the key elements of client relationship management, recognise & address potential threats to existing relationships and how to develop fruitful existing & new relationships. Together with Legitech, the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology, department of Executive Education, have developed 5 workshops that will inspire the professionals and practitioners in the legal, fiscal and accountancy domains.
