The first part of the book is a socio-economic and political study that researches why women’s sexuality has been subjugated to men’s for centuries. What are the root causes and what role does our sexual (mis)education play in upholding these gender inequalities, consequently gender violence? But more importantly, who is benefitting from it?

A decolonial approach led to analysing whether there are cultures that exist or existed where gender inequalities, consequently gender violence, are absent. Subsequently, do scientific theories that developped around the abolition of slavery like Darwin’s evolution theory « survival of the fittest » or Trivers theory of « parental investment » that developped around the civil rights movement, influence gender inequalities and violence against women? Do aboriginal cultures, who live harmoniously with Mother Earth and all her entities, have a better understanding on how to prevent gender inequalities and violence? Is patriarchy really the rootcause of gender inequalities and violence against women, as many « colonial » feminists would like us to believe? Or could capitalism, aka (neo)colonialism, that cannot survive without the exploitation of land, ressources, but more importantly without the free mass labour, otherwise known as slavery, be the cause and therefore profiting from this gender war?

The second part of the book offers steps to overcome gender inequalities on a relational level that often lead to sexual frustration within a couple. It contains a daily 6 week programm to teach men, stuck in sex-less relationships, how to become more female friendly gentlemen and partners to their woman. It uncovers the secrets to what drives female sexual desire and finally gives suggestions on how to improve your sexlife.

This book was inspired with the desire to see heterosexual couples find a more enjoyable, agreeable, exciting and satisfying way of sexually interacting together. It was written with the intention of sexually educating men on how their abusive behaviour may be contributing to low-sex or sexless relationships.

Men want to be better lovers, and women deserve to experience their sexuality to the fullest, pain and guilt free. This book can help men to better understand female sexuality in order to resolve the sex problems they encounter in their relationships in order to be able to create a more sex-filled relationship, free of coercion and violence.
